J'ai pris connaissance de ton mémoire et je trouve le thème très actuel par rapoort aux réalités de l'Afrique. j'ai trouvé ton analyse assez pertinente lorsque tu essaies de demontrer que l'atteinte des objectifs du millénaire par l'Afrique passera par son arrimage aux TIC,celà est d'autant plus vrai que le monde s'est globalisé et les TIC constituent un outil de management indispensable.on comprendrait mal l'émergence de l'Afrique sans une appropriation des TIC,il est de notoriété publique en Afrique que l'outil informatique constitue un luxe pour l'Africain,pas connexion de bonne qualité,cherté du matériel informatique.je pense pour ma part que l'accent doit etre mis sur cet aspect au meme titre que les faramineuses sommes débloquées par les bailleurs de fonds pour soutenir la santé ,les projets d'agriculture et l'éducation etc Je partage ta vision sur la question,bien je note que ton étude n'a pas pris en compte les réalités profondes de l'Afrique,peut etre que pour son actualisation,tu te feras le plaisir et le bonheur de venir en Afrique.bon courage

Je n'avais aucune intention de m'intéresser à l'IPAD mais après avoir passé 3h en compagnie de ce charmant jeune homme, je suis convaincu qu'un détour par la Fnac Défense où il présenter en exclusivité ce dernier bijou d'Apple s'imposera. J'en parlerai aussi à mes filles amatrices de tout ce que la firme à la pomme peut inventer.
Je dois dire que ce blog est parfaitement "pro" et que je n'hésiterai pas à me servir d'un tel talentueux polyglote.
